Lyric Pond is a converted 1843 barn and log cabin set on 113 acres of forest, hills, and streams with groomed trails, including the Bruce Trail, running through the property.  The extensive trail network is perfect for hiking, snow shoeing and cross country skiing.  The home sits on a 3 acre ice skating pond with a dry stone fire pit on the beach.  Located in Mulmur, Lyric Pond is 25 minutes to Devils Glen Ski Club and 20 minutes to Mansfield Ski Club.

The house contains 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and games room.  It is professionally designed and has been published 3 times in Canadian House and Home.  The open hearth fire place is fully stocked with fire wood.

Lyric Pond is available from December 1 to April 30 at a rental rate of $10,000 per month, plus driveway snow ploughing and propane use.
