The National Bank Open – Tennis Draw

There are two ways to enter the Tennis Draw:

1. Stop by our office to grab your entry, 154-B Mill St, Creemore, ON, 10 A.M. – 3 P.M. (Weekdays)
2. Direct message us on social media with: Full name, email, and phone number

You understand that by participating in the tennis draw (“Tennis Draw”) you are accepting the terms and conditions (“Terms”) and agreeing to be bound by them. This Tennis draw is organized and administered by Suzanne Lawrence, Royal LePage RCR Realty Inc.

Eligibility
The Tennis Draw is open to the legal residents who are living in Wellington, Dufferin, Simcoe Counties community OR the Greater Toronto Area. No transaction is required to participate in the tennis draw. Suzanne Lawrence reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify your entry if it concludes that: a) you have submitted more than one entry, or, b) you have acted in violation of the Terms or any applicable provincial, federal, or local laws or regulations. The decision of Suzanne Lawrence shall be final and binding in all respects and you agree to be bound by the same.

Winner Selection and Notification
Contest ends July 31, 2023 at 3 P.M. EDT. The winner selection and notification will take place on August 1, 2023. This draw will generate a pair of VIP tickets to the National Bank Open tennis event to be held in North York (One pair of finals tickets).  To be eligible to claim the Prize, winners must send an acknowledgement email to the prize notification email within three (3) days from the date of receipt of E-mail from Suzanne Lawrence.  Failure to respond within the stipulated timeframe will result in the prize being forfeited by the prize winner. In such an event, Suzanne Lawrence reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner. Winner agrees to comply with such third party terms and conditions in connection with the winner’s enjoyment of the Prize. The Prize is not transferable, assignable or refundable and cannot be substituted for cash. Prize must be accepted as awarded. Suzanne Lawrence reserves the right to offer an alternate prize of equal or greater value if for any reason any prize cannot be awarded as contemplated.

Limitations of Liability
By taking part in the Tennis Draw, you agree to release Suzanne Lawrence and its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective employees, agents, and representatives (collectively, “Entities”) from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to person or property that may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize or with participation in the Tennis Draw. By taking part in the Tennis Draw, you agree that no claim relating to such injuries, damages, or losses shall be asserted against any of the Entities.

Contact Information
Contact information that you submit will be used only in connection with the Tennis Draw and not in any other manner.

Rights of Publicity
Provided the winner has permitted Suzanne Lawrence to use the winner’s name, and any statement the winner makes in connection with the Tennis Draw or about Suzanne Lawrence, each prize winner grants to Suzanne Lawrence the right to print, publish, broadcast and use worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed the winner’s name, and any statement the winner makes in connection with the Tennis Draw or about Suzanne Lawrence for advertising and promotional purposes, in connection with the Tennis Draw, without additional consideration.

General Conditions

1. The Tennis Draw will be governed, construed and interpreted under the laws of Ontario.
2. Suzanne Lawrence reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the Tennis Draw, including the substitution of a prize, which will become effective upon announcement.
3. If for any reason the Tennis Draw is not capable of being conducted as described in these Official Rules, Suzanne Lawrence shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Tennis Draw.
4. The Winner will be asked to sign a form to confirm they received the award. 
5. Only persons over 18 years old can participate
6. Each Family/ physical address can only register once. 
7. No transaction is required to participate in the Tennis Draw. 
8. Winner needs to contact Suzanne Lawrence within 3 days after the Tennis Draw result been published.  If the winner does not contact Suzanne Lawrence within this time frame, it will be regarded as giving up the prize;
